Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Specialist to
ensure accurate processing of financial clearance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify financial clearance components, including
insurance benefits and pre-certifications
Obtain necessary authorizations and referrals for patient
appointments
Serve as a liaison between patients, insurance payors, and
providers regarding financial clearance issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in patient registration and insurance
verification
Proficient with commercial and government insurance plans and
medical terminology
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality
results
Proficient in using various computer applications and software
