Job Description:
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing
and motivating the sales teams to achieve their sales goals. Your
primary focus will be on enhancing the overall sales performance
and accelerating revenue growth. You will play a critical role in
assisting the Sales Managers in constantly achieving and exceeding
sales targets, providing reports and important updates for sales
improvement within the teams. The Director of Sales plays a crucial
role in driving the organization's revenue growth to exceed company
targets.What does the Job Entail?
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within the Florida
office and accounts.
- Partner with internal and external individuals to understand
their business needs and objectives.
- Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic
direction of accounts.
- Oversee and support individual sales managers and their
teams.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing
client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Support SVP of Sales.
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication across the
organization and direct reports.
- Collaborate with SVP of Sales on sales strategy.
- Analyze current performance and develop documented plans to
improve sales processes and policies.
- Manage documentation of all sales processes and flows.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance reports to identify
performance issues.
- Develop the team to solve day-to-day operational issues to
reach short- and long-term performance goals while fostering a
working environment of urgency, integrity, and trust.
- Partner with sales leadership to support a consistent and
accurate forecasting process.
- Leverage data and analyses to generate business insights,
develop go-to-market strategies, and scale the business.
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely
resolution.
- Identify and resolve operational issues within the sales
department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to develop
and align monthly reporting and other ad-hoc reporting to support
other needs of the business.
- Oversee the Sales Funnel and manage SalesForce data.
- Perform sales forecasting and reporting.Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 10 years in relevant title/field.
- Strong Inside Sales experience, including both inbound and
outbound expertise.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding
targets.
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or
sales and marketing director.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of
the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to
close.
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.Who We
