Description:
Reporting to the Baptist Health South Florida Vice President, Chief
Information Security Officer (CISO), the AVP - Information Security
Engineering and Architecture is a technical, Executive role
responsible for assisting in the ongoing development and oversight
of enterprise-wide information security strategy and program
designed to ensure that Baptist Health information assets are
properly protected. This role works collaboratively with
cross-functional Information Security, Technology and Business
Partners by ensuring secure technology enablement through secure,
friction-free, risk-driven initiatives. This role also requires
strong technical expertise in the following areas:
Qualifications:
Bachelors required.
10-15+ years of experience in leading security technology
strategies and operations, with a significant portion in a senior
leadership role. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software
Development, Software Engineering or related field. Proficiency in
Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Network Security. Experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, Security-as-a-Code and
Infrastructure-as-a-Code. Experience with one or more
general-purpose programming/script languages including but not
limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, Shell Script &
PowerShell. Strong experience with implementing and managing data
protection measure & compliance with data protection regulations
(GDPR, CCPA). Required cert CISSP.
