This role requires a seasoned expert witness and a proven revenue generator who can drive growth and deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Valuation Litigation practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as an expert witness in litigation cases, providing credible and compelling testimony.
• Conduct comprehensive business valuations and financial analyses to support legal proceedings.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue and expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in forensic accounting and business valuation.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFF, ABV, CFE) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in forensic accounting, with a focus on business valuation for litigation.
  • Extensive experience serving as an expert witness in high-stakes litigation cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and grow a practice.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
