Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Delivery Implementation
Manager, Denials and A/R.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee new client engagements and ensure a seamless onboarding
experience
Monitor project-level KPIs and workflows to confirm alignment with
best practices
Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements for
operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Experience in customer service and process improvement
Knowledge of reporting-based products (e.g., MS Power BI,
Tableau)
Advanced client management experience
Familiarity with project/product management lifecycle and
supporting software (e.g., Salesforce, Azure DevOps) is
desirable
