About the Role:Join our team as a Profit Management Associate, where you will be a key player in driving profitable growth decisions alongside Sales and Product Marketing. In this role, you will collaborate with Profit Managers to implement structured profit management processes and tools, overseeing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability across multiple divisions.What You'll Do:

• Manage, execute, and analyze the performance of strategic profit initiatives, ensuring alignment with company directives.
• Coordinate team resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Communicate project status to management and various functional areas within the organization.
• Conduct daily reviews of key profit metrics for the assigned division, identifying variances and taking proactive measures.
• Research and analyze root causes of profit variances, working closely with Profit Managers and relevant divisions to implement effective solutions.
• Assist Profit Managers in analyzing business trends, gathering input from Sales and Product Marketing, and forecasting impacts on profit.
• Implement and track pricing changes, develop profit strategies for customers and vendor partners.
• Adapt readily to change, adjusting strategies and approaches as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the profit management team.What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years equivalent and/or related experience
  • BS in Finance/Business/Economics preferred
  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Capable of analyzing and resolving complex issues in a timely fashion.
  • Proficient in applying advanced mathematical concepts to practical situations.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work constructively under stress and pressure, especially when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Skilled in creating and conducting formal presentations.
  • Able to assimilate research data from various sources, analyze findings, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
  • Adapts readily to change and works independently with minimum supervision.
