F/T Tax Manager, Orlando, FL to:

Review staff-prepared and client-provided financial statements and other accounting records to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Suggest adjusting journal entries, reclassifications, or other changes as necessary.

Research and review the research by staff accountants on the treatment of financial transactions pursuant to applicable tax laws and accounting standards. Communicate the findings to

the client and advise on a course of action if necessary.

Supervise the preparation, filing, and payment of taxes by staff accountants, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws.

Annual federal income tax returns
Annual state income and franchise tax returns
Quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
Monthly and quarterly state sales tax returns
Annual state property tax returns

Report to the client's management or board of directors regarding the operations and the financial positions of their businesses.

Based on the analysis of business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, create financial forecasts and advise clients in areas such as resource

utilization, officers' compensation, employee benefits, and capital restructuring. Provide customized tax plans to help clients meet their tax and operating goals.

Represent clients before taxing authorities and provide support during audits and meditation involving financial issues.

Facilitate clients' operations by timely communicating with and providing requested documentation to authorized third parties.



Requires Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance + 5 yrs exp. as Accountant & FL CPA license.
