Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Policy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of public policy professionals to advance conservation
and recreation priorities
Develop and prioritize policy initiatives related to conservation
and outdoor recreation access
Engage with legislators and advocacy organizations to influence
conservation-oriented legislation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in environmental policy, natural resource
management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in environmental advocacy
or policy analysis
Strong management skills to support and grow the policy team
Demonstrated knowledge of conservation issues in the Northeast and
Mid-Atlantic regions
Proven track record in strategic advocacy and
coalition-building
