Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Engineering to lead a
high-performing team in the cloud security sector.
Key Responsibilities
Execute technical field enablement through demos, customer stories,
and support for technical engagements
Provide pre-sales technical vision and leadership during key deal
moments and support deal progression
Coach and develop team members, ensuring alignment with sales
strategy and facilitating training efforts
Required Qualifications
Experience building and leading high-performing Sales Engineering
teams in a high-growth environment
Proven track record of selling cloud security enterprise solutions
and exceeding sales goals
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with various
stakeholders to drive business results
Experience in designing and implementing enablement tools and
processes for Sales Engineers
Ability to establish productivity goals and performance metrics
that drive results
