Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Manager - BSA/AML
and Fraud Testing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of a team focused on BSA/AML
and Fraud compliance testing and monitoring activities
Demonstrate subject matter expertise in BSA/AML and Fraud
regulations and assist in the design and implementation of the REA
Program
Utilize data analysis tools to assess risks and evaluate controls
related to BSA/AML and Fraud processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in BSA/AML and/or Fraud
compliance, risk management, or audit
Strong focus on risks, controls, and risk-based auditing/testing
techniques
Management experience preferred
Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry trends related to
BSA/AML and Fraud
