Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager OCI to oversee mergers and
acquisitions for the CARE organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and developmental opportunities to staff
Conduct vendor, regulatory, and risk oversight for processes
Leverage technology to automate processes and improve
efficiency
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial services operations
1+ years of talent development experience directing staff or
leading project teams
Bachelor's degree preferred
Series 99 required; Series 7 preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and SQL
