Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate I,
Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to healthcare benefits
and provide assistance to members and providers
Research and communicate medical information while maintaining
confidentiality and meeting performance standards
Document patient information accurately and support team efforts to
improve performance and service quality
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call
center or healthcare setting
High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree
preferred
Ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple
computer applications
Flexibility in scheduling and adaptability to changes in a dynamic
customer service environment
Willingness to participate in training and comply with recording
and evaluation processes
