    • Administer skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
    • Perform curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventive care tasks as outlined in patient care plans.
    • Make decisions based on your nursing experience and education.
    • Complete patient documentation promptly and accurately. Qualifications:
      • Current LPN or LVN license (state-specific).
      • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
      • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or medical/surgical preferred).
      • Valid CPR certification.
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
