Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist to
support Call Center activities for a new laboratory diagnostic
test.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and review Medical Information content and
responses to inquiries
Respond to requests for clinical and scientific information from
healthcare professionals and consumers
Assist in the development and management of an in-house medical
information system
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in health sciences required; advanced terminal
degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in Medical Information in the
pharmaceutical industry or Call Center
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, and
pharmacology
Experience with Medical Information Call Center databases
Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
