Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist - Bone
Marrow Transplant.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates the development and implementation of treatment
guidelines and protocols
Collaborates with medical staff to resolve medication use issues
and promote cost-effective practices
Monitors drug therapy regimens for safety and appropriateness,
providing clinical consultation as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Two years of clinical oncology experience
Completion of PGY1/PGY2 Oncology residency
Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Virginia
Board certified Oncology Pharmacist or certification obtained
within two years of employment
