Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Mental Health Therapist (IA) to provide virtual mental health care to students.

Key Responsibilities

Provide virtual consultation and solution-focused therapeutic interventions for K-12 students
Deliver virtual crisis intervention services for children in grades K-12
Collaborate with care management teams and participate in training and meetings

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in a relevant field
Active Iowa state Associate Social Work License, t-LMHC, or t-LMFT
Minimum of 1 year experience in pediatric mental/behavioral health
Experience working in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, Armenian, Russian, Korean, Filipino, or Tagalog is highly desired
