Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Support Coordinator
responsible for providing technical assistance and support related
to multiple software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide help desk support by troubleshooting user queries and
ensuring resolution of software-related issues
Collaborate with various departments to support software systems
and assist in training efforts
Participate in client presentations and provide reports while
ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in property management software (preferably Yardi,
Entrata, or Real Page)
College degree in information systems, education/training, or
related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in information systems or a computer background relevant
to software training
Project management skills to oversee implementation across multiple
properties
Knowledge of apartment community operations and related
workflows
