Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to provide broad legal
support and expertise, particularly in commercial contracting and
data privacy.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including MSAs,
vendor agreements, and NDAs
Collaborate with business functions to provide guidance on product
development and compliance with regulations
Manage legal processes and assist with corporate maintenance,
including board matters
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in-house and/or at a law firm, preferably in
healthcare or technology
J.D. from a U.S. law school and admission to a state bar
Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Data privacy experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work in a rapidly-evolving startup environment
