A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate,
Overnight.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate product
knowledge
Manage communications with customers across various channels
including phone, email, chat, and social media
Meet qualitative and productivity KPI expectations while promoting
the brand and advocating for players
Required Qualifications
College degree, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
Prior online customer support or transferable experience
preferred
Ability to work weeknights and weekends with varying shifts
Proficiency with Zendesk or other ticketing systems and Microsoft
Office preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age due to state licensing
requirements
