Job Description:
A company is looking for a Risk Operations Lead to manage risk
operations and customer disputes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team handling customer disputes and reviewing accounts for
potential fraud
Communicate with customers regarding dispute reports and evaluate
documentation for validity
Collaborate with Product and Compliance teams to improve internal
tools and flag suspicious account activity
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in risk operations or compliance-related
roles
3+ years of experience managing risk operation teams
Experience in financial services, accounting, taxes, and/or
self-employment
Ability to establish new processes based on trends and team
collaboration
Self-starter approach to learning in a fast-paced environment
