Job Description:
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for a remote
telehealth position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual patient care and support through technology
Collaborate with physicians to facilitate discharge planning and
address patient concerns
Participate in department operations and contribute to process
improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Completion of a Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred
Three or more years of nursing experience in an acute care hospital
setting
Valid RN unrestricted license and BLS certification from the
American Heart Association
Experience with Epic and/or Cerner systems is required
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
