Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complex Adjuster to manage a caseload
of complex claims, investigating coverage and liability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an industry-leading claim experience for policyholders and
claimants
Verify coverage and determine liability for various accident
scenarios
Obtain detailed accident statements and coordinate vehicle repairs
and rental reimbursements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
1-5 years of experience handling insurance claims with
responsibilities in coverage decisions and liability
determinations
Ability to obtain additional insurance licenses within three
months
Strong technical understanding of liability and casualty
principles
Experience managing complex personal auto claims through
closure
