and competitive sales-driven individuals that thrive in a fast
paced sales environment. An inside sales specialist will play a
fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition
and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making
outbound calls and working with our Directors of Sales and
Acquisitions, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing
sales.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs and
requirementsClose sales and achieve monthly targetsResearch
accounts, identify decision makers and generate interestMaintain
and expand your database of prospectsSource new sales opportunities
through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and
e-mailsDevelop and maintain current market business planDevelop and
assist with market research and marketing implementation
programsAbility to attend Regional and National Medical conventions
and trade showsOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and
AbilitiesStrong phone presence and experience dialing numerous
calls per dayExcellent communication skills: written, verbal, and
listeningStrong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and
communicate dataAbility to handle competing demands and
multi-tasking requiredPositive can-do attitude, self-motivating and
results-oriented, and proficient in MS OfficeExperience and
Education2+ years of call center/inside sale experience -
