Key Responsibilities
Assess deployment and post-implementation status to determine
impact on operations
Support activities exploring workflow adoption issues and recommend
enhancements
Perform workflow evaluations and analysis to inform system design
improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience in systems
engineering
Experience with technical support in system architecture, design,
and integration
Experience supporting studies
Demonstrated ability to understand customer goals and shape work
activities accordingly
