Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain complete online broker files for all transactions in a
cloud-based transaction system
Review and ensure the completeness of major CAR forms and high
volumes of documents
Respond promptly to communications and adapt to the needs of the
Broker and team
Required Qualifications
Active real estate license is required
2-3 years of experience in California-specific real estate
transactions
Familiarity with California-specific transaction forms is
essential
Reliable, fast internet connection is necessary for remote work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC usage is required
