The GMP Cleaner supports our goals are to meet the demands of all the customers, this encompass all internal and external customers, not to exclude our many co-workers. Cleanliness should be one of the main focuses within an environment such as a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. At Catalent's Oral Technologies, Pharma Softgel facility, we are working daily to achieve the standard of cleanliness that is required of a world-class pharmaceutical manufacturer.--Rotating 12 hour shifts 7am to 7pmCatalent is committed to a Patient First culture through excellence in quality and compliance, and to the safety of every patient, consumer and Catalent employee.--The Role

• Completes documentation including records and logbooks.
• Cleaning and sanitizing the floors throughout the facility. Floor Care is listed first because of the safety it provides throughout the facility. We view a safe working environment as a profitable environment in most businesses. Not only does floor care provide safety for all persons traveling throughout any facility, but floor care also provides and maintains a clean working environment.
• Thorough area cleaning is required in all production areas daily. Also, this procedure requires the use of the process of the three-bucket clean system.
• Empties waste baskets Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, buffing and using an automatic floor scrubber.
• Cleaning windows, walls, floors, toilets, sinks, table and counter tops Cleaning equipment and performing other miscellaneous duties as required Handles non-hazardous, hazardous and DEA waste.
• Other duties as assigned.The Candidate
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous janitorial or relevant experience of at least 2 years is required. --
  • Must be physically able to mop large areas and have prior experience and efficiency in running industrial power scrubbers and high-speed buffing machines.
  • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts. Must not be allergic to industrial chemicals and detergents. Must be able to lift to 30 lbs; no lifting greater than 44.09 pounds without assistance.Why You Should Join Catalent
