Job Description:
A company is looking for an MPC Adjuster to enhance the claims
experience for policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver an industry-leading claim experience for all
policyholders
Handle claims primarily related to Medical Payments Coverage (MPC)
and communicate effectively with involved parties
Maintain and update claim files and provide input for claims
guidelines and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience handling personal auto insurance claims across multiple
states
Ability to obtain additional insurance adjuster licenses within 3
months
Claims experience with Medical Payments Coverage (MPC) or Personal
Injury Protection (PIP)
Understanding of liability and casualty principles
Familiarity with claims best practices
