Key Responsibilities
Build effective content solutions that meet team standards and
project goals
Deliver high-quality, error-free content that aligns with UX
standard processes efficiently
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure
consistency in the product narrative
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 3-5 years of
professional experience in content-focused roles
A portfolio demonstrating human-centered design thinking and
solutions
Experience contributing to the design process from concept to
launch
Experience developing a product content strategy for web and
mobile, focusing on accessibility and inclusivity
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
