Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to work remotely
in Utah.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 200+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers to
introduce products and services
Develop a thorough understanding of product offerings to
effectively address customer inquiries
Encourage customers to receive competitive quotes from licensed
agents while meeting daily call quotas
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Utah
1+ years of sales experience preferred
Fast-paced call center experience is a plus
Self-motivated and independent
Ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced
environment
