Director of Business Development - HospiceWe are excited to

role, you will spearhead our growth initiatives and market
expansion efforts. As a strategic leader, you will be integral in

lucrative business opportunities, fostering significant
partnerships, and leading a dynamic team will directly contribute

Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive business
development plans to ensure company growth and market
penetration.
- Identify lucrative market opportunities and assess potential
partnerships and acquisitions to bolster business growth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key
stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders to solidify our market
presence.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and finalize important contracts
to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Perform detailed market analysis to stay ahead of industry
trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Align business development activities with customer needs
through close coordination with the marketing and product
development teams.
- Manage and mentor the business development team, promoting a
culture of excellence and accountability.Minimum Position
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or
related field.
- Proven background in hospice sales, demonstrating deep industry
knowledge and expertise.
- Leadership experience in hospice sales with a proven track
record of exceeding business development targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication
skills.
- Demonstrated capability to craft and implement effective
business strategies.
- Extensive network within the hospice or related healthcare
sectors.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving business
development goals.Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience managing large teams and projects.
- Robust analytical skills with proficiency in market research
and data analysis tools.Skills:
