Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enablement Program Manager to drive
the planning, execution, and delivery of enablement initiatives
across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans and manage the end-to-end lifecycle
of enablement projects
Partner with cross-functional teams and communicate project updates
to stakeholders
Support the development and rollout of onboarding, training, and
enablement programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in sales
enablement or training
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello)
and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs and project outcomes
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP,
Agile, or Scrum)
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
