Executives (West).
Key Responsibilities
Recruit top sales talent and manage the performance of Associate
Account Executives
Achieve sales quotas and develop regional pipeline growth
strategies
Collaborate with other teams to improve conversion rates and
provide ongoing coaching to team members
Required Qualifications
2+ years of managerial experience in SaaS sales teams
5+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B sales for global
organizations
Proven negotiation skills with experience in Mid-Market/Enterprise
clients
Passion for building and managing high-performing teams
Experience with HR tech products and analytical orientation to
drive results
