Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Compliance to join
their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Research and monitor regulatory developments related to health and
welfare plans
Create compliance reference documents and maintain a compliance
library for client and staff access
Interface with clients on compliance-related benefit items and
provide timely compliance memos
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and
training
10+ years of experience in employee benefit compliance or human
resources
Project management experience
Advanced coursework or training in employee benefits law is
preferred
Certification from an accredited group in employee benefits or
human resources is preferred
