Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to manage
financial responsibilities for assigned departments and service
lines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial analysis using historical and available data for
forward-thinking insights
Support the operating and capital budget processes in collaboration
with relevant teams
Conduct variance analysis and identify performance improvement
opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Three years of experience in the accounting/finance field
CPA Certification and/or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or
business administration preferred
Five years of financial experience, including at least three years
in a healthcare financial position
Two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a project or
department
